FREE 1 hour consultations:
We offer this initial consultation for Free as a way for us to determine what services you are looking for as well as what services we feel could best benefit you. This also allows for all of us to determine if we are a good fit and wish to continue working together. No pressure, no judgements!
Upfront $250.00 Retainer Fee:
Once we all agree that we do wish to continue working together, we do require a $250.00 Retainer Fee to get started. This is for the initial set up of your QuickBooks File in our system as well as any other applicable start up forms that need to be completed and/or initiated to ensure success for all of us moving forward.
This Retainer Fee is required for each business and or personal account we will be handling for you.
Base billing is $65.00 per hour:
After all initial set up is completed and the required retainer fee is utilized, you will be invoiced monthly at a rate of $65.00 per hour. We utilize QuickBooks Time Tracking software so we can accurately and efficiently track the exact time spent handling your account. We do not round up or down so you are only billed for time actually spent working on your account. If it takes 1 hour and 32 minutes your invoice will reflect just that.
This is for bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll services only and does not include annual Tax Return Preparation which is billed separately.
Monthly recurring set fee option:
After an initial 3 months of services, we would be more than happy to meet with you and evaluate the services we are providing to determine a recurring monthly set fee should you desire. This way you will know exactly what amount will be due each month and we will set up automatic payment processing using an applicable credit card on file.
